Recommended for properties up to 2000 sq ft.  This package will typically deliver around 30 images**

Tier 2 (Includes 2 Aerial Drone Images***, Premium GLA Floor Plan, Virtual Twilight Image) - $290 ($460 with Video*)

Recommended for properties up to 3000 sq ft, or properties with some well appointed features/noteworthy views.  This package will typically deliver around 40 images**

Tier 3 (Includes 2 Aerial Drone Images***, Premium GLA Floor Plan, Virtual Twilight Image) - $330 ($500 with Video*)

Recommended for properties up to 5000 sq ft, or properties with many well appointed features/noteworthy views. This package will typically deliver around 50 images**

Custom Photography Package - Contact for Pricing

A custom package can be designed for commercial or unique residential properties (multiple structures, large acreage, etc.) or properties larger than 5000 sq ft

* Includes video of interior and exterior of the property. Approximately 1 - 3 minutes depending on property size/features, delivered in standard 16:9 format. Optional video add-ons available.

RESIDENTIAL VIDEOGRAPHY

Standard Listing Video - $200

Includes video of interior and exterior of the property. Approximately 1 - 3 minutes depending on property size/features, delivered in standard 16:9 format. Includes downloadable file as well as hosted Youtube link.

Stand alone Social Media Video - $150

Approximately 30 - 60 sec video showcasing properties best features, delivered in vertical 9:16 format for social media posts.

Video Add-ons:

Agent Intro - $50 Video of Agent introducing property/highlighting features

Aerial Video - $50 Dramatic aerial footage seemlessly integrated with interior and exterior video

Social Media Edit - $50 Additional delivery of Standard Video listing edited to 30-60 second vertical format for social media posts.

Aerial Photography - $100

Comprehensive aerial images from all angles of property includes overhead image depicting property lines and Aerial 360 Tour with Points of Interest

Aerial Videography - $100

One to two minute aerial footage highlighting property

Aerial 360 Tour - $25

VR-style experience highlighting surrounding points of interest.

***Aerial photography/videography may be unavailable based on property proximity to FAA restricted areas.

Notes/Additional Charges:

Images are typically delivered within 24 hrs (48 hrs for video) of appointment time.

Expedited delivery (by noon the day after the scheduled appointment date) - adds 15% to order.

Travel Fee of $40 will be added to properties outside of local service area (25 mile radius of Pittsboro, NC)
