Concept Image — $50 per image

General visualization of a vacant, unfinished, or underutilized space.

Custom Concept Image — $100 per image

For projects requiring specific finishes, fixtures, colors, furnishings, or other client-directed details.

Completion Preview Suite — $595

Ideal for unfinished construction or remodeling, this coordinated collection of custom concept images provides a polished, photorealistic visualization of the completed property using construction photos, plans, architectural details, and selected finishes. Includes 7 images of the key living spaces of a property (Living room, kitchen, primary bed/bath, etc). Custom pricing available for larger or more complex projects.

Virtual Staging — $25 per image

Professionally staged furnishings and décor added to vacant spaces while maintaining the existing architecture.

Virtual Twilight Image — $15 per image

Transform a daytime exterior image into an inviting twilight scene with enhanced lighting and atmosphere.

Standalone Floor Plan  - $100

An elegant layout that includes Room Dimensions/Total Gross Living Area (GLA) Sq Ft, Enhanced Rendering: Fixtures/Appliances/Doorways, Sleek Styling, Home Report. (Gross Living Area measurements are calculated according to ANSI Z765-2021 standards.)

Professional photography of community features such as pools, clubhouses, parks, playgrounds, trails, tennis courts, and other neighborhood amenities. Pricing is based on the scope and location of the requested coverage.

Delivery

Photography is typically delivered within 24 hours of the appointment. Video is typically delivered within 48 hours.

Expedited Delivery

Expedited delivery is available for an additional 15% of the order total.

Standard Service Area

Standard service areas include Pittsboro, Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Sanford, and surrounding areas. Properties outside of these areas may incur an additional travel fee.

Community Amenity Access

Community amenity photography and video are contingent upon access, availability, and any applicable community restrictions at the time of the shoot.
